Lemförder — Lorry handlebar assembly: Ball pins as connectors for the strut rod assembly were not properly tempered. The bolts may fail at an early stage and result in insufficient steering capacity which can lead to an accident and injury. The product does not comply with the Regulation on the approval and market surveillance of motor vehicles and their trailers, and of systems, components and separate technical units intended for such vehicles..
